Hi, I’m Anja.

I don’t believe you’re broken. I don’t think you need fixing, optimising or another five-step framework for becoming someone else.

What I’ve seen — again and again — is that most people already carry the answer. It’s just buried under years of being reasonable, being liked, being useful. My work is to hold a space clear enough and safe enough that you can hear yourself again.

You don’t need fixing. You need space to reconnect with who you already are.

I’ve lived in both worlds. Years in the corporate world of sales, recruitment, executive search and business development — targets, performance, proving yourself. And the world of consciousness, energy and human potential — intuition, presence, and the kind of intelligence that doesn’t fit on a spreadsheet. I stopped choosing between them. That contrast is exactly what I bring to this work.

Today I work as a Purpose Mentor and Energy Activator, as a HeartMath® Certified Independent Trainer, and as Founder and Co-Creator of Rebels Rising. I created Beautiful Badass Souls — a small, private, international community for people who are done shrinking. Alongside that I work with teams and leaders internationally on leadership, development and connection.
